?ሉቃስ 2 ⁸ በዚያው አገር በሌሊት መንጋቸውን ሲጠብቁ በሜዳ የሚያድሩ እረኞች ነበሩ። ⁹ የጌታም መልአክ ድንገት መጥቶ በአጠገባቸው ቆመ፤ የጌታም ክብር በዙሪያቸው አበራ፤ ታላቅም ፍርሀት ያዛቸው። ¹⁰ መልአኩ ግን እንዲህ አላቸው፤ “አትፍሩ፤ ለሕዝቡ ሁሉ የሚሆን ታላቅ ደስታ የምሥራች አምጥቼላችኋለሁና። ¹¹ ዛሬ በዳዊት ከተማ መድኀን ተወልዶላችኋልና፤ እርሱም ጌታ ክርስቶስ ነው። ¹² ይህ ምልክት ይሁናችሁ፤ ሕፃን ልጅ በጨርቅ ተጠቅልሎ በግርግም ተኝቶ ታገኛላችሁ።” ¹³ ድንገትም ብዙ የሰማይ ሰራዊት ከመልአኩ ጋር ታዩ፤ እግዚአብሔርንም እያመሰገኑ፣ እንዲህ አሉ፤ ¹⁴ “ክብር ለእግዚአብሔር በአርያም፣ ሰላምም እርሱ ለሚወዳቸው ሰዎች በምድር ይሁን!”
?ሉቃስ 1፥78 “ከአምላካችንም በጎ ምሕረት የተነሣ፣ የንጋት ፀሓይ ከሰማይ ወጣችልን፤”
?ሁለቱም የብርሃን አይነቶች (ሰው ሰራሽ እና ተፈጥሮአዊ ) የሚያበሩት በሚታየው ጨለማ ላይ ነው፤ የእግዚአብሔር ብርሀን ግን የሚያበራው በሰው ልብ ላይ ነዉ።
?2ኛ ቆሮንቶስ 4 ³ ወንጌላችን የተከደነ ቢሆን እንኳ፣ የተከደነው ለሚጠፉት ነው። ⁴ የእግዚአብሔር አምሳል የሆነውን የክርስቶስ፣ የክብሩን ወንጌል ብርሃን እንዳያዩ፣ የዚህ ዓለም አምላክ የማያምኑትን ሰዎች ልቡና አሳውሮአል። ⁵ እኛ የምንሰብከው ክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ጌታ መሆኑን እንጂ ራሳችንን አይደለምና፤ እኛም ራሳችን ስለ ኢየሱስ ስንል የእናንተ አገልጋዮች ሆነናል። ⁶ በክርስቶስ ፊት እግዚአብሔር የክብሩን ዕውቀት ብርሃን ይሰጠን ዘንድ፣ “በጨለማ ብርሃን ይብራ” ያለው እግዚአብሔር ብርሃኑን በልባችን አብርቶአልና።
?በዚህ በአስደናቂ ብርሃን ከድቅድቅ ጨለማ ወደ እግዚአብሔር ልጅ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ የክብሩ ብርሀን አመጣን።
?ቆላስይስ 3፥13 “እርስ በርሳችሁ ተቻቻሉ፤ ከእናንተ አንዱ በሌላው ላይ ቅር የተሰኘበት ነገር ቢኖር ይቅር ተባባሉ፤ ጌታ ይቅር እንዳላችሁ እናንተም ሌላውን ይቅር በሉ።”
?በጨለማ ለነበርነው ሕዝብ ታላቅ ብርሃን ወጣልን፣
?ኢሳይያስ 9 ¹ ነገር ግን ተጨንቀው የነበሩ ከእንግዲህ ተስፋ ቢስ አይሆኑም። በቀደመው ዘመን የዛብሎንንና የንፍታሌምን ምድር አዋረደ፤ በሚመጣው ዘመን ግን ከዮርዳኖስ ማዶ፣ በባሕር መንገድ አጠገብ ያለውን የአሕዛብን ገሊላ ያከብራል፤ ² በጨለማ የሚኖር ሕዝብ ታላቅ ብርሃን አየ፤ በሞት ጥላ ምድር ለኖሩትም ብርሃን ወጣላቸው። ³ ሕዝብን አበዛህ፤ ደስታቸውንም ጨመርህ፤ ሰዎች ምርትን ሲሰበስቡ፣ ምርኮንም ሲከፋፈሉ ደስ እንደሚላቸው ሁሉ፣ እነርሱም በፊትህ ደስ ይላቸዋል። ⁴ ምድያም ድል በተመታ ጊዜ እንደሆነው፣ የከበዳቸውን ቀንበር፡፣ በትከሻቸው ላይ የነበረውን በትር፣ የተጨቈኑበትንም ዘንግ ሰብረህላቸዋል።
?ይህ እውነተኛ ብርሀን ዛሬም ያበራል።
?ኢየሱስ፣ በዓለም ሳለ፣ “እኔ የዓለም ብርሃን ነኝ፤” አለ።
?ዮሐንስ 8፥12 “ኢየሱስ እንደ ገና ለሰዎቹ፣ “እኔ የዓለም ብርሃን ነኝ፤ የሚከተለኝም የሕይወት ብርሃን ይሆንለታል እንጂ ከቶ በጨለማ አይመላለስም” አላቸው።”

?ዮሐንስ 3 ¹⁹ ፍርዱም ይህ ነው፤ ብርሃን ወደ ዓለም መጣ፤ ሰዎች ግን ሥራቸው ክፉ ስለ ነበረ፣ ከብርሃን ይልቅ ጨለማን ወደዱ፤ ²⁰ ክፉ የሚያደርግ ሁሉ ብርሃንን ይጠላል፤ አድራጎቱም እንዳይገለጥበት ወደ ብርሃን አይመጣም። ²¹ በእውነት የሚመላለስ ግን ሥራው በእግዚአብሔር የተሠራ መሆኑ በግልጽ ይታይ ዘንድ ወደ ብርሃን ይመጣል።”
?በጨለማ ያሉት፣ የጨለማው ስራቸው እንዳይታይባቸወ ጠሉት፤ ነገር ግን በሱ የነበረች ሕይወት የሰዎች ብርሀን ነበረች።
?ዮሐንስ 1 ⁴ ሕይወት በእርሱ ነበረች፤ ይህች ሕይወት የሰው ብርሃን ነበረች። ⁵ ብርሃንም በጨለማ ያበራል፤ ጨለማውም አላሸነፈውም።
✍️ይህ ብርሀን ለ400 አመታ የነበረውን ጨለማ (የእግዚአብሔር የዝምታ ዘመን) ያቋጨ ብርሀን ነው።
✍️በዚህ በወጣልን ጮራ ምን ማድረግ ይጠበቅብናል?
- ተነስተን ማብራት
?ኢሳይያስ 60 ¹ “ብርሃንሽ መጥቶአልና ተነሺ አብሪ፤ የእግዚአብሔርም ክብር ወጥቶልሻል። ² እነሆ፤ ጨለማ ምድርን፣ ድቅድቅ ጨለማም ሕዝቦችን ይሸፍናል፤ ነገር ግን እግዚአብሔር ወጥቶልሻል፤ ክብሩንም ይገልጥልሻል። ³ ሕዝቦች ወደ ብርሃንሽ፣ ነገሥታትም ወደ ንጋትሽ ጸዳል ይመጣሉ።
?ሰዎችም መብራት አብርተው ከዕንቅብ ሥር አያስቀምጡትም፤ በቤት ውስጥ ላሉት ሁሉ እንዲያበራ በመቅረዝ ላይ ያስቀምጡታል እንጂ።
?ማቴዎስ 5 ¹³ “እናንተ የምድር ጨው ናችሁ፤ ጨው የጨውነት ጣዕሙን ቢያጣ ጣዕሙን መልሶ ሊያገኝ ይችላልን? ወደ ውጪ ተጥሎ በሰው ከመረገጥ በቀር ጥቅም አይኖረውም። ¹⁴ “እናንተ የዓለም ብርሃን ናችሁ፤ በተራራ ላይ ያለች ከተማ ልትደበቅ አትችልም፤ ¹⁵ ሰዎችም መብራት አብርተው ከዕንቅብ ሥር አያስቀምጡትም፤ በቤት ውስጥ ላሉት ሁሉ እንዲያበራ በመቅረዝ ላይ ያስቀምጡታል እንጂ።
✍️ አሁን ያንተ ተራ ነው፣ተነስ እና አብራ!
?ኢየሱስ በአካል በምድር በነበረበት ግዜ፣ ለዓለም ያበራ ነበር፤ አሁን ግን እኛ እንደ አምባሳደሮች አሱን ወክለን እናበራለን።
“ስለዚህ እኛ የክርስቶስ እንደራሴዎች ነን፤ እግዚአብሔርም በእኛ አማካይነት ጥሪውን ያቀርባል፤ እኛም ከእግዚአብሔር ጋር ታረቁ ብለን በክርስቶስ እንለምናችኋለን።” (2ኛ ቆሮንቶስ 5፥20 )
ይህን ብርሀን እንዴት ማብራት እንችላለን?
1.1. በመልካም ስራችን (በአኗኗራችን)
?ማቴዎስ 5፥16 “እንደዚሁም ሰዎች መልካሙን ሥራችሁን አይተው በሰማይ ያለውን አባታችሁን እንዲያከብሩ ብርሃናችሁ በሰዎች ፊት ይብራ።”
? ፊልጵስዩስ 2 ¹⁴ ማንኛውንም ነገር ሳታጒረመርሙና ሳትከራከሩ አድርጉ፤ ¹⁵ ይኸውም በጠማማና በክፉ ትውልድ መካከል ንጹሓንና ያለ ነቀፋ፣ ነውርም የሌለባቸው የእግዚአብሔር ልጆች ሆናችሁ፣ እንደ ከዋክብት በዓለም ሁሉ ታበሩ ዘንድ ነው።
✍️ክፋት እና አመጽ የጨለማ ልጆች ስራ ናቸው፤ እኛ ግን የብርሃን ልጆች ነን።
?1ኛ ተሰሎንቄ 5 ⁵ ሁላችሁም የብርሃን ልጆች፣ የቀንም ልጆች ናችሁና። እኛ ከሌሊት ወይም ከጨለማ ወገን አይደለንም፤ ⁶ እንግዲህ እንንቃ፤ ራሳችንንም እንግዛ እንጂ እንደሚያንቀላፉት እንደ ሌሎቹ አንሁን።
? በመልካሙ ስራ መታየት አለብን።
?ኤፌሶን 5 ⁸ ቀድሞ ጨለማ ነበራችሁ፤ አሁን ግን በጌታ ብርሃን ናችሁ። እንደ ብርሃን ልጆች ኑሩ፤ ⁹ የብርሃኑ ፍሬ በበጎነት፣ በጽድቅና በእውነት ሁሉ ዘንድ ነውና።
?መገለጫችን መሆን ያለበት፣ በብርሃን ፍሬ በበጎነት፣ በጽድቅና በእውነት ሁሉ ነው ።
❓ዛሬ ከዓለም የጠፋው ምንድን ነው? በጎነት፣ ጽድቅና እውነት ናቸው።
?መዝሙር 33፥5 “እርሱ ጽድቅንና ፍትሕን ይወዳል፤ ምድርም በምሕረቱ የተሞላች ናት።”
☣️ይሁን እንጂ ይች ዓለም በጨለማው ገዥ ቁጥጥር ስር ነች።
?ስለዚህ ይችህን ዓለም በቅን እና በመልካም ነገር መሙላት ያለብን እኛ ነን።
?ኢየሱስ ወደ ሰማይ ባረገ ጊዜ ታላቁን ተልኮ ሰጥቶን ይሄው ለእኛ ነው።
?ዮሐንስ 14፥12 “እውነት እላችኋለሁ፤ በእኔ የሚያምን እኔ የማደርገውን ሥራ ይሠራል፤ እንዲያውም እኔ ወደ አብ ስለምሄድ፣ ከእነዚህም የሚበልጥ ያደርጋል።”
1.1.2መዳን በኢየሱስ ብቻ እንደ ሆነ በመመስከር
?1ኛ ጴጥሮስ 2፥9 “እናንተ ግን ከጨለማ ወደ አስደናቂ ብርሃኑ የጠራችሁን የእግዚአብሔርን ታላቅ ሥራ እንድታውጁ፣ የተመረጠ ትውልድ፣ የንጉሥ ካህናት፣ ቅዱስ ሕዝብ፣ እግዚአብሔር ለራሱ የለያችሁ ሕዝብ ናችሁ።”
? 2ኛ ጴጥሮስ 1፥19 “እንግዲያስ ትንቢታዊው ቃል ይበልጥ ተረጋግጦልናል፤ ሌሊቱ እስኪነጋና የንጋት ኮከብ በልባችሁ እስኪበራ ድረስ፣ በጨለማ ስፍራ ለሚበራ መብራት ጥንቃቄ እንደሚደረግ እናንተም ለዚህ ቃል ብትጠነቀቁ መልካም ታደርጋላችሁ።”
?ኢሳይያስ 52፥7 “በተራሮች ላይ የቆሙ፣ የምሥራች ይዘው የሚመጡ እግሮች፣ ሰላምን የሚናገሩ፣ መልካም ዜና የሚያበስሩ፣ ድነትን የሚያውጁ፣ ጽዮንንም፣ “አምላክሽ ነግሦአል” የሚሉ እንዴት ያማሩ ናቸው።”
?ለዚህ ነው እነዚያ እረኞች የሰሙትን እና ያዩትን በሙሉ የተናገሩት፤
?ስለዚህ እኛም ይህን ብርሃን መስበክ አለብን፣ ምክንያቱም ስንናገረው ቃሉ ራሱ ብርሃን ይሆናል።
?መዝሙር 119፥130 “የቃልህ ትርጓሜ ያበራል፤ አላዋቂዎችንም አስተዋዮች ያደርጋል።”

Opening verse
?Luk 2 (NKJV) ⁸ Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. ⁹ And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. ¹⁰ Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. ¹¹ For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. ¹² And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” ¹³ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: ¹⁴ “Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”
? Luk 1፥78 (NLT) “Because of God’s tender mercy, the light from heaven is about to break upon us.
?There are different kinds of lights; either be the natural or artificial type, they all shines up on the physical darkness. But the God kind (deveine) light shines on the secret darkness of inner man (heart).
?2 Corinthians 4(ESV): 3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. 4 In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 5 For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

?To us the people walking in darkness rose a great light; on us who were living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned..
?Isa 9 (TNIV) ¹ Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the nations, by the Way of the Sea, beyond the Jordan ² The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned. ³ You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as soldiers rejoice when dividing the plunder. ⁴ For as in the day of Midian’s defeat, you have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor.
?This true light is yet shining even today.
?Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.”
?John 8:12 (RSV) “Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world; he who follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
?John 9:5(ESV) “As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
?but people hated him because of their evil deeds.
? John 3:19 (RSV)“And this is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”
?Those who are in the works of the darkness, do not like that light. But that light is the life of men; those who have the light have also life.
?John 1 (RSV) ⁴ In him was life, and the life was the light of men. ⁵ The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
?This light shines the darkness that was covering the world for 400 years.
✍️What should we do with light we had?
- We have to shine it out!
?Isa 60 (RSV) ¹ Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. ² For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. ³ And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
?No man light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
?Mat 5 (RSV) ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. ¹⁵ Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
?Now is our turn to shine out the light.
?when Jesus was in the world he was the light of the world. But now we are hear as his ambassadors.
?2Cor 5:20 (RSV) “So we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We beseech you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.”
? He went up to the right hand of God giving us this responsibility to shine in the darkness.
?Mat 5 (RSV) ¹⁴ “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. ¹⁵ Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a bushel, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. ¹⁶ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
✍️How should we shine out this light?
1.1.Through our life (good works).
? Mat 5:16 (RSV) “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
?Phil 2 (RSV)¹⁴ Do all things without grumbling or questioning, ¹⁵ that you may be blameless and innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,
?wickedness and evil doing are the works of the children of the darkness. In thedarkness; but we are the children of light.
?1Ths 5:5 (RSV) “For you are all sons of light and sons of the day; we are not of the night or of darkness.”
?We have to be seen by our good deeds.
?Eph 5 (RSV) ⁸ for once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light ⁹ (for the fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true),
? Those who are in the light will show good and right and true to the world.
❓What are lost from the world today are these too!
? Ps 33:5 (RSV) “He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of the LORD.”
☣️But this earth is under the wicked one.
?So it up to us to refill this wicked world by good and justice.
?When Jesus ascended he gave left for us the better assignment we have to do!
?John 14:12 (RSV) “”Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father.”
1.1.2 by speaking. By bearing witness of the salvation way is only by Jesus.
?1Pet 2:9 (NKJV) “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;”
?2Pet 1:19 (RSV) “And we have the prophetic word made more sure. You will do well to pay attention to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.”
?Isa 52፥8 Your watchmen shall lift up their voices, With their voices they shall sing together; For they shall see eye to eye When the Lord brings back Zion.”
?That why those Shepherd proclaimed all they heard from the,angel of God,without hiding even a word.
?So we have to declare this living light of God.
?Ps 119:130 (RSV)“The unfolding of thy words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple.”
